Returns and complaints
Right to withdraw from the contract
In accordance with applicable law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

1. Return Terms
- The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging.
- The return applies to all products we offer.
- The customer is obliged to return the product to the address provided during e-mail contact.
- We will not accept shipments that were sent without prior contact to the email address provided.
- If the buyer received a FREE product in the shipment, he or she is obligated to return the free product as well.
2. Return costs
- The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
- We do not accept cash on delivery.
3. Refund
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the return shipment.
- Refunds will be made in the same manner in which the original payment was made.
4. Complaints
- The Sales Agreement covers new Products.
- The Seller is obliged to deliver to the Customer a product free from defects.
- In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on the provisions on warranty in the Civil Code.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the Seller’s addresses provided in these Regulations.
- It is recommended that the complaint include, among other things, a concise description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the details of the Customer submitting the complaint, and the Customer's request in connection with the defect of the goods.
- The Seller will respond to the complaint request immediately, no later than within 14 days, and if he fails to do so within this period, it is considered that the Customer's request has been deemed justified.
- Goods returned under the complaint procedure should be sent to the address agreed upon when submitting the complaint via e-mail: info@kebese.com.
- If a warranty has been granted for the Product, information about it and its content will be included in the description of the Product in the Store.
